PPG D8242 UHS Hardener Fast
PPG D8242 is a Fast UHS (Ultra High Solid) hardener.
Designed specifically for use with the PPG Deltron UHS clearcoats, and Primers. It is optimized for air-dry processes and is primarily used for spot and panel repairs.
- Application: Ideal for standard workshop conditions (best suited for air-dry rather than low-bake environments).
- Sizes: Available in 2.5 L and 0.5 L cans.
- Compatibility: Used alongside clearcoats like D8140 or primers like DP3500.
- Mixing: Always verify exact mixing ratios on the product data sheet, as ratios often require 5:1 with primers or 2:1 with clearcoats depending on the base product.
